Payment and returns

Ways to pay, returns and order cancellation.

How do I pay?

By bank card through the payment gateway, or on delivery with a card reader wherever payment on delivery is available. Gifts in the “Gift Chest” apply to all goods and services, except where stated.

What is the pay code?

The code you show the seller when buying in store. It refreshes every 60 seconds, and you confirm the amount in the app.

What can’t the Gift Chest be used for?

Shipping costs, value added tax, investment services (currency, loans and instalment credit), gold and jewellery, instalment goods, and services whose prices are set by an official authority. These are paid in full by card.

How do returns work?

In “Follow-up”, open the order, tap “I have a problem” and then “Return”. Each product’s return window is shown on its product page.

Can I cancel my order?

Before shipping, from “Follow-up”. The part paid with gifts returns to the “Gift Chest”. If the whole payment is cancelled within 30 minutes of payment, the amount you paid by card goes back to the same card. In all other cases, that is, after 30 minutes or when only part of the amount is returned, Yarsara's finance team pays the amount into your bank account (Sheba number). The fee the payment gateway added to the amount at payment is not refunded in any cancellation or return.
