Philanthropy Campaign

About

1. What is the Philanthropy Campaign?

The Philanthropy Campaign is Yarsara's programme for empowering people in the community: a path “from help to a livelihood”. Its aim is not a one-off donation but building lasting income: people who need support, such as working children, women heading households and people who produce at home, are trained, learn skills and start an income-earning business.

2. Who is a Wayfarer and what is the path?

A “Wayfarer” is a Yar whom the Campaign accompanies until an income-earning business is launched. Every Wayfarer's path has four clear steps: need → training or skill proof → first listing → first sale. Skill comes before business; a Wayfarer shows their skill with a certificate or learns it in the Mehryars' courses, and after “Skill approval” the launch of their business begins and it operates in Yarsara like any other seller or provider. Any Yar in need can apply with “Become a Wayfarer”.

3. What do Mehryars do?

A “Mehryar” is an expert Yar whose skill is proven by a certificate and work record, or by reaching the “Specialist” level in the same field, and who has been approved by the Campaign coordinator. Mehryars teach Wayfarers, accompany and record their progress, and approve their skills. A Mehryar sees only the first name, region and progress of their own Wayfarers and is in contact with them only through Yarsara messages.

4. Where does the Campaign's money come from?

  • A fixed share of Yarsara's income from every sale, continuously and without interruption;
  • A share of Yarsara's monthly profit, when profit passes a set threshold;
  • Gifts from the Gift Chest whose date passes; these gifts are recorded in the owner's name in their philanthropy record;
  • Yars' donations.

All Yars can donate an amount of their choice directly to the Philanthropy Campaign by bank gateway. Club companions can in addition donate from the gifts in their Gift Chest (Harvest Trove, Loyalty Bounty, Raised-Derafsha and Handwork Offering). The Introduction Keepsake and the Companionship Gift are only for purchases in Yarsara and cannot be donated. A donation carries no points or gift; it is an act of help and is recorded in “My receipt” and in your philanthropy record.

5. The Handwork Scheme

Part of every gift that reaches Yars, under the name “Handwork Offering”, is spent only in Handwork Scheme stores: workshops that have risen from the Campaign and small stores worthy of support. In this way, Yars' purchases build the market for new businesses.

6. Transparency and Wayfarers' privacy

All the Campaign's achievements are public and traceable: what was provided, for whom and with what result. Campaign partners report at least every three months. A Wayfarer's first name and city are shown only with their own consent, and their photo likewise only with their consent; children's faces are never shown.
